Barcol-Air UK is proud to support MCS Group in the delivery of the prestigious fit-out at 2 Broadgate, London—future home of A&O Shearman’s new UK headquarters. As part of this large-scale, technically advanced project, Barcol-Air UK supplied almost 800 Variable Air Volume (VAV) terminals, ensuring a high-performance and energy-efficient climate control system throughout the building.
The 2 Broadgate development represents one of London’s most significant workspace transformations, spanning over 350,000 square feet across 10 levels. The mechanical design features an extensive full VAV system, complemented by over 1,000 fan coil units and more than 5 km of linear slot diffusers. With critical chilled water systems, advanced ventilation solutions, and wellness-focused facilities, this project sets new benchmarks for workplace innovation.
